ANZMEX 2013 Assembly

ANZMEX members are cordially invited to our annual General Assembly to be held as follows:

18:30 Assembly – please see the attached notification.

First call 18:30. If a quorum of voting members is not achieved a second call will be held at 19:15.  For this reason we urge you to arrive promptly or send us your proxy vote if you are unable to attend.

I.     Ratification and or appointment of board members or functionaries of the Association.

II.    Report of the Director regarding the status of membership application of the Association; approve admission and exclusion of Associates.

III.   Various issues

19:30 General networking, whilst we enjoy a selection of Australian wines and Mexican cheeses.

Our new Australian Ambassador, His Excellency Tim George, has kindly opened his home to us for this Assembly.  We hope that you can join us and meet Ambassador George if you have not already had the pleasure of doing so.

If you are unable to attend, we ask that you either nominate a colleague to attend as your representative, or, if this is not possible, you sign and return the attached proxy voting form.

In order to cover the direct costs of the Assembly, we ask that members contribute $200 pesos per attendee.  If you are interested to sponsor the event, please contact us directly to discuss your ideas.

We look forward to seeing you at the Assembly as it is one of the few occasions where we have all our members together, focused exclusively on how ANZMEX can better serve us all.
